After three successful editions of the KLM Urban Trail The Hague, the popular event returns on Sunday 7 July. This year will be a special edition with cool new locations and a surprising new route. In addition, participants can again choose between a trail of 5 km or 10 km. Starting this week, participants can register online.
“The start of the event this year is at the Lange Voorhout and the participants finish at the Lange Vijverberg. The participants are taken on a journey of discovery along stairs, alleys and through buildings in the city center of The Hague. The first high-profile locations include the Koninklijke Schouwburg and Food Hall MingleMush. Just like in previous years, the locations and the route will be revealed step by step. Afterwards, per tradition, there is a delicious breakfast ready for each participant and everyone receives a unique KLM Urban Trail medal as a lasting reminder” says Sigrid van der Toorn, project manager of the event.
You can register from today via www.klmurbantraildenhaag.nl. Last year, no fewer than 4,800 runners enjoyed a unique trail through cinemas, department stores, museums, shops and other sights in the Hofstad. Due to the great interest, it is therefore recommended not to wait long before registering.
