“After 40 years the antiquarian bookshop Van der Steur will leave Haarlem. Ab van der Steur started the shop in 1975. When he was a student Prime Minister Mark Rutte (VVD) had a trainee post there. The father of Minister of Justice Ard van der Steur (VVD) passed away in 2012. Since the building in Haarlem is not practical and has to be renovated the new owners move the shop to The Hague and move in with ‘Wijn op Dronk’, Balistraat 81-b. According to the shop’s newsletter exact dates have not yet been fixed.”
